1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website.

• By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• This website is operated by Devon Botanicals, registered in the UK.

2. Products

• All products are handmade in small batches; variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur.

• Full ingredient lists are provided for each product. It is your responsibility to check these before purchase and use.

• Products are for external use only.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted subject to availability.

• Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept PayPal & UK credit/debit cards.

4. Delivery

• We ship within the UK (and internationally where if arranged directly with the customer) Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Orders to the UK mainland are shipped free of charge if your order value is £50 or more.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.

• You are liable for shipping costs if returning non faulty items.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

• Refunds or replacements will be offered in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

• It is your responsibility to read the ingredients list before purchase.

• If you have allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend conducting a patch test prior to use.

• We cannot accept liability for adverse reactions to our products.

7. Liability

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

• Subject to this, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of our products.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and product descriptions on this website are the property of Devon Botanicals and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
