We value our customers and aim to provide you with the best shopping experience when ordering from us.

We are always happy to help with any questions you may have and will do mall we can to resolve any issues.

Here’s the quick version of our policies:

What to Know:

  • Our soaps and cosmetics are handmade, so every product is unique.

  • Please check the ingredients list before buying to make sure the product is suitable for you (very important!)

  • Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days  as set out by Royal Mail 2nd class. We’ll let you know if there’s any delay.

  • If something arrives damaged or incorrect, just contact us within 7 days and we’ll put it right.

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used products unless faulty.

  • If you have sensitive skin, always do a patch test before using any of our products.

  • All sales are covered by your UK consumer rights.​
